I’d like to first state the obvious: Seltzer water is supreme and if you think otherwise, I hate to be the one to tell you this but, you’re wrong.
With that out of the way, it’s time we chatted about who I am, why I’m here, and how I’m about to change your entire life and business. Seem like a big promise? Good. It is—but Miami girls bring the heat and you just stepped into the fire. Trust me, you’re going to love it here.
One Woman, Many Hats (just no bucket hats, pls)
As a corporate leader, I used to spend more time at my desk building someone else’s dream than I did considering my own. Sure, helping reach million-dollar goals (in a week!) was fulfilling in some respects—but watching my co-workers FaceTime their kids for bedtime was slightly unsettling. “This just ain’t it,” was a constant thought as I continued to excel in my career—achieving raise after raise and getting really f’n good at making things happen.
Depending on who you are, you might know me as Tamara, wifey, mom, or absolute life-saver—but you definitely know me as hyper-organized and always hustlin’ (but not in the “booked & busy” type way, we don’t got time for that).
If I’m not behind my computer setting up systems so your CEO shoes fit like a glove, I’m probably chugging my 9th coffee, Googling “is it normal when your baby___?”, taking another photo of my dog, or loving on my husband (read: begging for a back rub).
It Wasn’t Always Like This
After more than 7 years as a corporate droid/ladder-climber/do-it-aller, I realized hold up—this is not the life I mapped during my morning journaling. (Ok let’s be very real—I didn’t have time for a full-body shower most days so I certainly wasn’t journaling…but if I WAS—it would’ve been a lot different than this).
So I quit, got married, and bought a house all in the same month. Because #whynot. And within 18 months of starting my own business, I quadrupled my corporate salary and finally got my life back.
I realized pretty early on that the “hustle culture” narrative was not only toxic, it was 100% avoidable. Business success shouldn’t come in the form of sacrifice—especially when your happiness is at stake.
Creating a fulfilling work-life blend is not only possible, it’s the new norm for badass women ready to lead with integrity and take it right to the top (whatever the “top” is for you).
There’s one major thing giant corporations have in place that most small businesses do not: Systems. And it shows.
My team and I are here to help your small biz function like the big boys, with customized systems that actually work for you. Because when you have solid processes in place that make sense and work behind the scenes, you realize a 6-, 7-, or 8-figure business isn’t a pipe-dream that requires 37-hour work days, it’s a reality within reach—and we’re here to help you grab it.
